agilbert: Hi my name is Amy and I am 26 years old. Six weeks ago I made a commitment to change my life. I started a weight loss competition with family members who also have weight issues. We are using the point system from weight watchers, substituting regular foods for fat free, sugar free and heart healthy foods. We have become more active, walking together when we have a chance. This is not just about losing weight, it is about changing my life and looking forward to the future.
